Brnoform Ltd. was established in 1993 as a company strictly based on Czech funds and is the follower in glass mould production history in Brno. At the time of its establishment the company had only 42 employees whereas now there are about 70. The company used to produce and sell the glass moulds to Czech glass works. Nowadays several glass works and glass shops abroad are our customers.

Our company produces the whole variety of the glass moulds both for hand and automatic glass pressing or glass blowing production. The glass moulds are made from classic grey iron casting or from continually cast profiles and last but by no means least from chromium nickel steel profiles.

Already in the first year the company established its own wood-pattern shop ensuring the mould production for the following casting production and designing department. The independence, market abilities and the level of services provided were strengthened through these.

An investment into the CNC technology represented now by five milling cutters and two CNC lathe became an important step in the development of the company. This modern machines together with four spindle-copying cutter guarantee precision and identity of the single parts and thus the whole glass moulds.

Apart from the above mentioned technology an extensive conventional machine tools park and the qualified metal-gravers´ hand work are used for the production.
